Ask an Expert

If you are planning to redesign your house or garden, you might well consider investing in expert advice. Although this does not come cheap, you know that you will be getting the benefit from years of experience in a particular field.

For gardens, use a qualified landscape architect. He will be able to advise you on the practical side of the design process such as where to best place your Aquaplate Water Tank and irrigation system, as well as the more aesthetic side of the plant and border design, taking into account both your personal preferences as well as the types of plants that are suitable for your climate and soil.

For interior design, it depends on the extent of the work that you are planning, as to whom to consult. If it is mostly cosmetic work, then an interior designer might be the best person to advise you, but if the improvements are going to involve more structural changes, then you need to contact a qualified architect.

The architect will be able to advise you on the planning and design stage, as well as keeping you informed of any local planning regulations which might affect your home improvements. He will work with you from start to finish, taking the worry out of the whole process.

So do not go it alone, it is worth the expense of hiring an expert to get it right the first time.
